    The hosts Arsen and Levon are above any praise, made us feel welcome and the vibes were super good turning our visit to Yerevan an even bigger success. The place itself is about 30 meters away from the top of cascade (which in itself is unthinkable) but even more amazing is that you rarely see a person nearby so it very peaceful too. The positives don't stop there however, you also get a large open area with barbeque overlooking the city. I don't think you can find a better experience than this. Love and recommendations.

    At 12:37 on the day that I was to book in they told me that they had double booked an the place was no longer available!
