Relaxing, great location, better than expected.
Vincenzo was excellent and very friendly. He contacted us immediately after the booking and everything was very smooth. You need a car pass for staying in the historical district at €5 euro per day and he kindly arranged this for us.

Great communal spaces but no wifi and poor communication
Great space! Loved the communal areas as well could spend lovely time all together. Kitchen is a great size too.
The WiFi did not work and the property was quite dirty - lots of dust everywhere, kitchen utensils greasy and bathrooms not that clean. Communication with the agents was awful - they would never reply to me unless I got Booking.com customer service involved so even though I submitted issues within 24h of arrival eg. about WiFi not working, no one replied to me even a week after we stayed. I also requested a cot for my baby to which they agreed but at the point of check in they said it wasn’t available which left us in an awkward situation as if they mentioned it before our arrival we would have made other arrangements.

Exceptional stay
The accommodation was amazing, great location, plenty of space and everything you need for an exceptional stay. We were stunned at the beauty of the space and Massimo was so helpful and attentive!
