    Schönes Hotel gut und geschmackvoll gestaltet. Im gesamten Hotel alles geräumig. Sehr gutes Frühstück, allerdings mit 20, 50€ pro Person und Nacht auch hochpreisig.

    Beim check in erfahren, dass wir mit Hund nur in ein teureres Zimmer dürfen. Bei Beanstandung, wurde gesagt, dass man sich nicht an die Buchung vom Buchungsportal halten müsse und wir doch besser direkt beim Hotel buchen sollen, dann würde so etwas nicht passieren. Wir reisen viel, aber das haben wir so noch nicht erlebt. Dann sollte das Hotel kein Angebot auf einem Buchungsportal schalten.

    Ci vuole più cura nei dettagli del servizio

    La colazione stupenda e la cena molto buona. Camera molto grande, ma manca il bidet e sarebbe ora di metterlo nelle camere.

    Tutto molto sporco fuori nel terrazzo davanti alla reception, pieno di briciole e di resti della gente sui tavoli che non vengono mai puliti la sera, ma solo la mattina verso le nove.i camerieri a tavola a cena sono lenti e non portano via i piatti sporchi subito. Le bottiglie vuote rimangono sul tavolo. I tavoli sono tutti senza tovaglie.
