  GOOD

  Very close to the bus terminal. Safety and privacy was too good.

  No coffee machine as it was mentioned in facilities. There was some issue with the washroom shower, usually as nights. Another thing that can be improved is that i stayed for 5 nights but noone came to ask for room service, i was accepting that atleast extra bedcovers could be provided for change and some cleaning could be done after 3 days (we were told that someone will do that on the 4th day but noone turned in).

  We spent one night here and were very pleased. The room had been recently refurbished; it was bright and cosy, and the bed was very comfortable. The bathroom had also been recently refurbished and was modern and stylish. Although the hotel is situated a little way from the seafront, its location proved to be very convenient: the coach station is just across the road, and there’s a bus stop nearby for buses to Ksamil. A great combination of comfort, convenience and a good location. We’d be happy to stay here again!

  The bed was comfortable, smell of clean washed towels and bed and was clean enough.

  Balcony door doesn't have any blinds which make you wake up early hours, been told that we had private parking however the only available spot (confirm by the garage below) was always occupied since their apartment only have 1 reserved spot, make you try to find a parking spot in a extremely busy place, driving around for 30 min. Was previously agree by text that will pay in LEK but they could not confirm the price, only on the day since the rate is always changing, however on arrival been told we needed to pay the same value as in Euros. Is not about the 3 or 4 Euros more but the attitude which wasn't great.... During the day or night we got rrandom smell of sewage which wasn't great. The location is not the best, very steep road whitmake you impossible to walk to any beach, only if you want to loose some weight on 35° heat. We never been told that will be someone changing the bedding on our 3 day stay so was kinda of surprise arriving into the room and see stuff changed without notice....
