    Communication with the property was extremely poor. Despite being assured that I would receive the check-in instructions on Friday, no information was provided. I politely followed up several times, but received no response. The phone numbers listed for the property were not answered either. Only after contacting Booking.com did I finally receive the check-in details—well after the arrival time in Sunday I had provided. Unfortunately, the problems continued after entering the apartment. The key provided did not properly lock the entrance door, and the main door to the property itself was also left open at all times, which raised serious security concerns. The host did not answer any calls. Once again, I had to ask Booking.com to intervene. The most disappointing part was the response from the property, which ultimately cancelled the booking instead of resolving the issue. This was a very unprofessional approach. As if that was not enough, after the booking had been cancelled, the host had the audacity to message me about paying the tourist tax. This only further demonstrated how chaotic and disorganized the property’s internal communication is. Communication with the property was completely unacceptable, we were ignored and dismissed, and the host did not communicate through Booking.com but instead insisted on using WhatsApp. I would not recommend this place and would not stay there again.
