  No repetiría

  Disappointed

Good location, easy access to the apartment. The personnel was very responsive and friendly.

Cleanness was very bad, not just a little bad. The place is not well maintained either they need to change their cleaning personnel or they need to inspect their work more, but this made my stay bad. Honestly, I blame Booking.com for misleading me into booking the place, because there is no way on Earth this has such good reviews to be estimates score above 8, almost 9. I will give this place 6 at best. I had to complain about the cleanliness and they sent their people again. So the beds were re done again, some of the dirt from the floor where I sent pictures removed, but the bathroom - not touched smelly and dirty, dirty, dirty and still no vacuum cleaning was done. They basically tried by picking some major dirt pieces I sent on the pictures but this didn't magically make the floor clean. I made videos, and sent them and they told me it's not much but they will send their cleaning team. The bathroom was smelling really unpleasant, the toilet seat wasn't cleaned I had to clean it myself, the bathtub/shower was very dirty and all over hairs, the sink was stinking like I am walking the city canalisation. The beds I checked all of them before I chose one to sleep- not well done is one part but the fact that they were all over with hairs gets too much - and not only one type of hairs. The floor I don't think has ever seen a vacuum cleaner and a mop in any room.
