Trop bruyant, et les lits pas confortables.
L emplacement.
L immeuble est situé au dessus d un bar à filles. Donc pendant la nuit beaucoup de passage. Ce qui engendre du trafic, taxi Uber. Etc . Personne qui discute pendant la nuit. Voisins aussi bruyant musique à fond . Bref trop bruyant l appartement n ai pas isolé. Il fait chaud mais on ne peut pas ouvrir les fenêtres à cause du bruit. Il y ades ventilateur mais pas de Clim. Les lit n ai pas confortable et le canapé lit n en parlant même pas . Même pour les enfants. Une odeur d égout dans l appartement. Et l eau de la douche soit s est bouillant soit c est froid. Bref à par l emplacement de l appartement qui est bien. La piscine sur le toit manque d entretien c est dommage.

La ubicación era ideal, quedaba todo cerca. Incluso si quieres dejar el coche en el garaje hay una parada de autobuses justo enfrente.
Teníamos dos luces de la calle justo enfrente de la ventana del dormitorio y las cortinas no ocultaban mucho la luz, parecía que era de día continuamente.
