Ubicación, gusto y amplitu
El alojamiento está muy bien ubicado al lado del ferry, y a 5 min de la estación de tren. Es muy amplio y bien decorado. Mara es encantadora, responde enseguida y te asesora en todo. Solo le pongo un pero y que hay cubiertos, nevera, pero no hay nada para lavarlos y también pondría un pequeño tostador o minihorno para los desyunos.

Great location, beautiful lake view, very comfortable stay!
The location was amazing! We arrived by train, and the accommodation was just a short walk from Varenna Esino train station. It was also within walking distance of many restaurants and the ferry pier, making it really convenient to explore Lake Como. The self check-in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The room was incredibly spacious and clean, and we loved that the TV supported Chromecast. The beautiful view of Lake Como from our room was definitely a highlight! We also appreciated the thoughtful little touches, such as the wide selection of tea bags, coffee, and even Biscoff cookies. These made starting or ending our day a little more enjoyable.
Wifi was unstable. On second night after 8PM, we could not load YouTube on TV anymore. Tried a few times, but it still didn't work (but to be fair we did not reach out to host for fix since it was already quite late). The biggest downside for us was definitely the stairs. We had to carry our 24" luggages up and down, which was especially challenging as we were still recovering from muscle aches after hiking in Switzerland just before arriving in Lake Como.

The communication was excellent, and we felt very welcomed by the host. All very clean and comfortable, the view from the windows was beautiful.
The morning could be noisy with people coming and going from the main door which was right outside our apartment
