    The office staff were pleasant and efficient and the location worked very well for us.

    If you offer a 3rd floor apartment with no lift then it ought to be obvious. We did not find this out until our arrival. One of us has heart problems and we would never have booked it. Fortunately it was just for 1 evening. We were delayed over an hour from entering the apartment and there was a persistent smell of drains in the property. Although the mattresses were comfortable the beds squeaked with every movement. There were only 3 pillows and 3 mugs in an apartment for 4 people.

    The location is very convenient.

    The bed was very uncomfortable and produces squeaking sound every time you move. We were just provided with 2 tissue paper roll for 5 nights stay and there are broken things in the facility that needed immediate repair.

    I liked staff in that agency, they were very nice. Comfy beds, a lot of space

    It missed a lot of accessories - no toalet paper, no cups for coffee, no small spoons, nothing for the dish washing or for the trash.
