  We loved it and enjoyed our Roman holiday!!

  The location is great and close(walking distance) to the Vatican Museum & St Peters square. There are restaurants all around the vicinity and transport available just outside. The house is very safe and inside with a parking spot built in. The house was clean well lit and had air purifiers and Acs in every room.!!

  While the property is well equipped for wheelchair borne travelers , some of that was actually bad for us. Eg The showers tended to overflow into the bathroom--needed a much lower shower curtain. The wash basins were narrow but suitable for wheel chair users,. Upkeep was a little wanting --plenty of tea packs , but no sugar , no coffee pods for the coffee maker (which could be better cleaned) , extra pillows seemed to have been dumped into the cupboard along with a shoehorn!. There were some mosquitoes in the rooms(though given it was the ground floor apt).Towels and napkins were brand new but thin and smelling of processing materials.We might be nitpicking though !! All that said , everything worked , it was very safe --the Airconditioning was great and we did sleep in comfort. Never saw the owner-but he had clear instructions about obtaining the keys and parking safely.

  Нам усе дуже сподобалося! Помешкання має просто ідеальне місцерозташування — усі головні історичні пам'ятки та Ватикан перебувають у пішій доступності. Величезним плюсом є наявність власної парковки, що для Риму є великою рідкістю.Район дуже тихий і спокійний, при цьому поруч є продуктовий магазин та багато хороших місць для харчування. Окрема подяка Джузеппе — дуже привітний, щирий та уважний господар, який завжди був на зв'язку. Обов'язково повернемося сюди ще раз! Рекомендуємо!

  We had a wonderful stay! The location is beautiful and right in the heart of Rome, yet it offers the convenience of private parking, which is a huge advantage. All rooms have their own private bathroom and toilet, making the stay very comfortable. The property is exceptionally clean, well maintained, and located in a safe neighborhood. There is also a lovely outdoor seating area where you can enjoy breakfast or dinner in a relaxed atmosphere. Last but not least, the host is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!
