No refund policy if you don’t like her accommodation. If you don’t want to stay you still pay.
The location is as advertised. That is the only thing I can say positive about the property. This is positive I am positive it’s a dump.
The accommodation is not luxury and is not a suite . This was the worst mattress I have ever had to sleep on. The sewer smell from the bathroom was disgusting . There should be coffee available to make in the unit . There should be a bar fridge to bring water or refreshment or snacks into the unit. There should be more than one roll of toilet paper .

Очень хорошее расположение, рядом с Ватиканом 7-10 мин. пешком. Номер для троих достаточно просторный. Мыло, шампунь на троих предоставили.
Всё понравилось.

great location !
Vatican Luxury Suite was a great place to stay. The area was quiet and the location was excellent, with the metro just a short walk away. We actually did most of our sightseeing on foot, so the location was perfect for exploring Rome. The host was also very helpful and accommodating to our needs. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay, and we would happily stay here again.
