  Only good thing was the view, but still couldn’t make up for the terrible situation overall

  Where to start!….if you can cancel and get your money back, do it! The hem of the curtains in bedroom and living room both was hanging, balcony door did not lock. Floor had crumbs. Cigarette bud on the balcony. We (2 people) were booked for 3 nights, there were 2 shower gel sachets - nothing else. There was no trash cans in the bathroom. When we’re very nicely asked for more, a bag was left with over 20 sachets… Kitchen sponge wasn’t new. There was a problem with the water in the entire building a few hours after our arrival. When we texted the host, he initially lied and said it was maintenance in the area (at 5pm!), then once we asked other tenants, we were told a pipe had burst and the 2nd and 3rd floors had flooded - we were on the 9th. We tried calling the host, he never answered nor did he answer BOOKING!!!because we contacted booking when we couldn’t get an answer from the host abt what was going on and when we would have water again. Bathroom had cabinets that were locked and somewhat open, shelves were water damaged You couldn’t control the air conditioning Should I go on…one knife, which actually was a switchblade - probably left from a previous customer… An overall dirty, bad and expensive experience!

  Odradzam wynajem tego apartamentu. To jest oszustwo. Brak kontaktu z gospodarzem. W dniu wylotu od 6 rano pisalam do obiektu jak mogę się zameldować, bez reakcji. Wybrałyśmy się z koleżankami na wypad 3 dniowy. W rzymie wylądowałyśmy o 13. Nadal nie bylo kontaktu z obiektem. Po 14 dotaełyśmy pod adres. Na miejscu kamienica drzei zamkniete jakis domofon nikt nie zna nikt nie wie Dalsza proba kontaktu bez skutku.Pod numerem kontaktowym podanym na bookingu odezwala sie osoba ktora nie wiedziala o co chodzi i podala kolejny numer ktoey nie odbieral. Po godzinie już spanikowane zaczęłysmy szukac noclegu. Poszukiwania trwaly 3 godziny. Trafiłysmy na swietny hotel Franklin feel the sound. Polecam. I odradzam korzystanie z osob prywatnych a zwlaszcza z daleka od tego obiektu. Booking probowal z nimi nawiazac kontakt i bez skutku.

  숙소가 일반적인 호텔방보다 넓었습니다. 방에 식기, 주방도구들이 갖춰 있어서 과일을 사먹기에도 좋았습니다.

  에어콘이 충분히 시원하지 않았습니다.

  A gyönyörű kilátás ellensúlyozta a lakás hiányosságait.

  Az online check-in után megkaptam a bejutáshoz szükséges információkat. A lakás legnagyobb pozitívuma a gyönyörű kilátás. a konyhában találtunk kávéfőzőt, kávékapszulák voltak mellé bekészítve. Közel volt a tömegközlekedés, boltok, éttermek, Vatikán. Csendes lakás, lépcsőház, kényelmes volt az ágy. Tiszta törölközők voltak bekészítve, pipereholmikat kaptunk.

  A lakásban volt légkondi, de csak a nappaliban működött, a hálóban nagyon meleg volt. A fürdőben a zuhany vízhőmérséklete vagy nagyon hideg volt, vagy forró. A lifttel egyszerre két ember tud feljutni a 9. emeletre, mi hárman voltunk, így egyvalakinek mindig várnia kellett. Ráférne az egészre egy felújítás (a konyhában feljött a padló, a kád zuhanyfeje tartóval együtt kijött a helyéről).
