Ubytování sice splnilo očekávání, ale zasloužilo by rekonstrukci. Lokalita byla velmi blízko MHD a Vatikánu.

Elektroinstalace zásuvek a vypínačů by opravdu uvítala výměnu. Některé vypínače byly bez krytek. Koupelna by si zasloužila rekonstrukci, plíseň ve sprše nebyla moc příjemná a odtok umyvadla byl ucpaný. Některé nádobí by bylo vhodné pořádně umýt a některé doplnit.
