  Great to rest!

  Great location. Great view from the terrace! Extra friendly housekeeper!

  Could be a bit cheaper to be honest. There was some unknown smell outside, no idea what is that. It is a bit windy/cold on the terrace so make sure to take something warm to cover!

  Fine for 24–48 hours for the views, but unfit for longer stays due to poor beds and poor Wi-Fi

  Location & Views: Stunning panoramic views over the bay and within easy walking distance down to Limeni and Neo Itilo beach. This explains why the property works well for 1- or 2-night weekend stayovers. Thoughtful Touches: Eleni was warm, welcoming, and brought us fresh cucumbers, peppers, and tomatoes from her garden, olive oil, and mosquito coils. Fresh Herbs: Fresh Greek basil right outside the doorstep added a lovely touch to home cooking.

  While this property has a great location, our 10-night stay was ruined by broken equipment, hard beds, unusable Wi-Fi, and hostile host dynamics. As experienced global budget travellers, we expect dated furnishings—not unsafe conditions or a lack of basic necessities. Bed & Broken Furniture: The original mattress caused severe back pain, and the replacement provided was even harder; we had to sleep on top of couch cushions. Additionally, the indoor dining chairs were broken, and one collapsed completely when used. Inadequate Supplies & Kitchen: For two people over 10 nights, we received only 8 Nespresso pods, 1 full toilet roll (plus 3 partial rolls from past guests), no tea, and no milk. The kitchen lacked basic tools: no sharp knives, peeler, storage containers, toaster, or percolator, and was missing a chopping board and tea towels on arrival. Unusable Internet: The Wi-Fi was terrible 5-15mbps download at best and 1mbps upload when it worked which was approx. 50% of the time. When raised with Bianca (the online host), she unhelpfully claimed we should have asked for a speed test before booking and said we were "free to cancel the stay." Shower & Room Switch: The shower head sprayed water directly onto the bathroom floor. Though shown a neighbouring vacant room with a proper mattress, a room transfer was never offered. Rude & Intimidating Behaviour: After we brought Eleni and her husband a drink to build goodwill, we agreed I would drive us all to town in our 4-seater hire car. After making us wait, the husband cancelled, only for them to drive past us minutes later in their 2-seater Smart car. Additionally, Eleni's on-site son repeatedly drove by in a loud, modified Opel Corsa, staring at us without waving or smiling, which felt hostile and intimidating.
