    The appointment is lovely and great view and good size, the location was perfect

    The swimming pool closed the 14th of September and when I booked, it stated seasoning which everywhere else included September, that was disappointing when I texted the staff they firstly said there must be a problem with the pool and when I found out it was closed and only opened weekends from the 14th I texted back and then he said it was stated in booking.com but it wasn't when I booked, I checked my booking, since it has been changed, alot of people it the apartments were very disappointed, it was the lies that I thought was very unprofessional. Then I checked our and realised I left a new zip top and my charger behind I contacted them to say could I get them, they contacted the cleaners who said I never left them behind another lie, I had them left out for the journey home and when I left I realised I forgot them. I will go back because of the location and apartment and a little earlier because of the pool. I was disappointed with the staff.
