    Fantastic place but disappointing experience

During our 2-day stay at Maison Suchard, the swimming pool was not operational. This was particularly disappointing because the pool was the main reason we chose to book this property in the first place. As compensation, we were offered a voucher for a future stay, which we accepted in good faith. However, after contacting the management company to redeem it, we were informed that the minimum stay required to use the voucher is 3 nights. Unfortunately, this condition was not communicated to us before we accepted the voucher. Had we known about the 3-night minimum stay requirement, we would have reconsidered accepting this form of compensation. As a result, we will not be able to use the voucher at all. This lack of transparency and communication is very disappointing and has significantly affected our overall experience.

    Lots of space, clean

A beautiful, mansion-style stay that offered a truly royal experience with amazing facilities

This mansion truly blew our minds with its incredible facilities and the wide range of options available. The house is extremely comfortable and perfect for a group to spend quality time together without feeling the need to go out much. We are genuinely happy that we chose this property for our stay. There are so many beautiful spaces here to relax, enjoy, and create memories. We especially loved the pool, jacuzzi, and sauna — each one added a special touch of luxury and comfort to our stay. The pool was perfect for unwinding, the jacuzzi offered pure relaxation, and the sauna provided the ideal way to recharge. These amenities truly elevated our experience. We look forward to returning in the future.

The lighting in the rooms could be improved, as some areas were a bit dim. Additionally, the kitchen could be better equipped to make cooking more convenient. These small improvements would make the stay even more perfect.
