Klasse Service, tolle Wohnung und ein herrlicher Balkon. Flexibilität bei der Anreise und Schlüsselübergabe.

Perfect apartment for 7 nights or more
Besides the pleasant aspect of the apartment, it was very well equipped, so we had all the necessary kitchen tools, a big fridge, and even more (sunscreen, for example). The host, Stefano, is fast responsive and very helpful, and also very kind (he understood the fact that the flight delay was not our fault and let us check in at 2 am). The value/price rapport was good, so the money is totally worth it. The apartment is at 20 minutes by foot from either the beach or the city centre, which is important. The beach and the sea are absolutely amazing and the food is the cherry on top. You should totally take Pescara and this apartment into consideration when planning your next trip.
An aspect is that only one bathroom had a shower cabinet , and there was just one room with a king-size bed (the other room has 2 single beds). Also, be sure that you can respect the silence hours, considering that the apartment is part of a residential complex.

Very quiet apartment with all appliances you may need. Amazing host, well explained everything, really everything and also very responsive via whatsup. Free parking available, grocery stores close by. Very large balcony, mosquito nests in all windows, air conditioning.

Všem doporučuji!!!
Velmi milý majitel, vše potřebné nám sdělil, pokud jsme něco potřebovali, na vše odpověděl, uměl anglicky, takže jsme se super domluvili👍. Na pláž jsme dojížděli asi 15 km, protože přímo v Pescaře byla pláž špinavá.
Přikoupila bych nějaký malý kastrol na vaření do kuchyně a do obýváku větrák.
