    Comfortable hotel for a few nights with great location

    Room was comfortable and clean. Nice little balcony. Location was excellent.

    Not the hotel, not the room, not the view we booked

    Nothing.

    We didn't get into the hotel. The room we booked was occupied. The owner offered us another hotel they own, in a worse location, and we were forced to accept it. We got the room with no lake view and far from the water line. We got a room with windows to the busi street instead of the apartment with a lake view in the water front.
