    Great place but one major thing lacking to be perfect - air conditioning

    The place is overlooking the lake, you get the view from the room and also from the garden. Hostess was very helpfull even as we arrived around midnight. Parking is well organized.

    It has no air conditioning, so sleeping during hot nights was very challenging even with open windows. And a car/motorbike is a must to stay here - otherwise it's too far to walk to the town center.

    Traumhafter Blick mit herausragender Hausherrin

    Die Lage ist einfach überwältigend. Die Küche ist absolut in Ordnung und erfüllt alle Anforderungen. Ilaria als Hausherrin ist ebenfalls immer erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit.

    Das einzige was mir einfällt, wäre die Möglichkeit des Fernsehens….wenn man es denn überhaupt will.

    Ilaria (the owner) was very accomodating, always ready to help ( she reserved a table for us in a beautiful restaurant close to the appartement) and made very good recommandations. The place is beautiful, the garden exquisite. Thank you!

    Unschlagbar in Lage und Anwesen!

    Die Aussicht ist einfach unschlagbar, die Ruhe tagsüber wie nachts ist herrlich. Immer ein Blick auf den Lago. Eine wundervolle, gepflegte Villa mit tollem weiträumigen Außenbereich!
