    Exceptional hospitality! From the room, which was equipped with everything we could possibly need, to the outstanding service provided by George, the owner, the hostess at the shop, and the breakfast staff — everyone was so friendly, attentive, and went above and beyond to make our stay absolutely wonderful! And the location… you simply couldn’t ask for a better one! Right in the heart of everything, within walking distance of all the main attractions. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a perfect stay, with warm hospitality and an unbeatable location! We would definitely love to come back! 🥰

    Wundervolle Suite im ruhigen Herzen von Chania

    Eine wunderbare Unterkunft im Topanas Viertel. Der Hafen gleich nebenan, auch der Talos-Platz. Kleine Supermärkte nebenan, Restaurants und kleine Läden sowieso. Hochwertige Ausstattung in der Suite. Stilvoll und gemütlich. Täglicher Service. Blick auf's Meer die Gasse lang vom Balkon aus, wie beschrieben. Schön ruhig, wenn die Balkontür zu ist. Unauffällig leise Klimaanlage. Stabiles Wi-Fi. Das Frühstück gegenüber ist wirklich erstklassig! Dieser kretische Orangensaft!

    Alles in Ordnung, wirklich. Als Hinweis: in dieser Preisklasse wäre etwas mehr Service "zum Erleben" wünschenswert. Wie wäre es mit täglich gratis Wasser und auch ein Willkommensgruß, vielleicht Obst und Wein? Auch mehr Infos über Chania und Kreta, oder Ausflüge usw. wären schön. Der Gastgeber hat sich etwas rar gemacht.

    Toll eingerichtet mit modernem Ambiente. Ruhiges Zimmer mit Balkon mitten im ruhigen Teil der Altstadt.

    God beliggenhed, men der lugter muggent

    Beliggenhed i byen var perfekt, og dejligt med altan til gadesiden. Morgenmaden på restauranten var virkelig god, og personalet var meget serviceminded. Manager i butikken var meget hjælpsom med opbevaring af kuffert og bestilling af taxa ved afrejse. Godt udvalg i toiletartikler på badeværelset. God størrelse køleskab

    Det lugtede meget muggent / af skimmelsvamp og indelukket i soveværelse, så jeg var nødt til at sove med altandøren åben, bare for at få lidt frisk luft ind i stedet for lugten. Aircondition virkede dårligt og kunne ikke indstilles (når altandør var lukket). Afløb i håndvask stoppede til. Der var nogle detaljer omkring rengøringen der kunne være bedre, f.eks. var der tandpastarester i tandkruset, og vandhanens filter var sort og tilkaldet. Garderobe meget lille og ikke optimal hvis man er mere end en person. Beskrivelse på Booking.com er ikke helt korrekt, da reception ikke er bemandet og der er ikke køkken i værelset mm.
