Pasable

The place was spacious and the facilities (fridge, toaster, dishes) were useful.
The outside door lock was damaged, the beds were terribly noisy when someone moved, and a very bad smell came out of one of the bathrooms (it had a sliding door that could not be safely closed from the outside). Also, we were asked to clean the dishes before leaving -which was not a problem- but I guess this means that someone using the dishes might actually end up using dirty ones (shouldn't the property have a way to guarantee they are clean?). Communication was only helpful via phone. We received messages in whatsapp and booking but no-one reacted to the ones we sent.
