  Beautiful House, Perfect Location ❤️

  Venetian House was truly a home away from home. Beautifully decorated throughout, it had absolutely everything we could possibly need for a wonderful holiday. The rooftop terrace was a real highlight, with phenomenal views over the Venetian Harbour and the surrounding area, the perfect spot to relax and soak up the atmosphere. The location is fantastic, just a stone’s throw from all the wonderful restaurants, shops and the amazing Venetian Harbour. Despite being so central, the house was incredibly quiet, peaceful and full of charm. A special mention to our host, Efi, who was absolutely lovely and always so quick to respond to any questions or requests we had. Her attentiveness made our stay even more enjoyable. We couldn’t recommend Venetian House highly enough. A truly charming place to stay, and we would happily return! ❤️

  Unhelpful owner who was unwilling to resolve a problem with their accommodation

  Good location, nice decor, lovely terrace and view

  Hatch to terrace exceptionally heavy and difficult to open. Inconvenient having to go up and down stairs to get to different levels. Very inconvenient having to go down 2 flights of stairs to use toilet in the night. Stairs were tricky to navigate. SUNBED WAR! Numerous photos on website showing 2 sunbeds but when we got there there was only 1. We messaged the owner to ask for the 2nd sunbed and were told it had been broken and was being repaired and should be with us in 3 days time. We messaged after 3 days to ask if it was fixed and were told the technician wasn’t answering the phone. We said this was unacceptable and were told ‘I’m sorry, you can use one!’ We then complained to booking.com customer services who agreed it was not acceptable and telephoned the owner. She messaged to say we would not have the sunbed for the remainder of our holiday as it still hadn’t been fixed but ‘you can still use the comfortable chairs on the terrace to relax and enjoy the view’. We had planned to sightsee in the morning and sunbathe in the afternoon. The lack of 2 sunbeds therefore spoilt our holiday plans. Surely the simplest solution would have been to have bought another sunbed. Re property response: Your accusations regarding the condition we left the property in are untrue and offensive and again highlight what an unpleasant person you are. Please rest assured we have no intention of booking your property in the future.

  Прекрасный дом в сердце старого города

  Идеальный дом для отдыха. В доме есть абсолютно всё необходимое. Всё продумано до мелочей для вашего комфорта: есть специи, чай и кофе, приветственные напитки, средства для мытья посуды, средства для душа, книги, путеводители. Хозяйка Эфи оставила папку с очень подробными инструкциями и даже планом отдыха на 2 недели. В папке также есть рекомендации какие места посетить и где пообедать (что очень нам помогло насладиться в полном объеме отдыхом).Нас приятно впечатлил сертификат о том , что дом обработали санитарно от грибка и прочего перед нашим заселением. Сверху есть терасса с двумя шейзлонгами , столиком и навесом от солнца. Вид с терассы открывается невероятно красивый. Так же на ней отлично загорать . Расположение: великолепное. Дом находится прямо в старом городе. До гавани пару минут пешком при этом вы не слышите шума абсолютно. В доме есть кондиционер и вентиляторы. Эфи всегда была на связи, быстро отвечала на сообщения и была очень внимательной к нам, что приятно. Недалеко есть общественная бесплатная парковка, около 7-8 минут пешком. Множество маленьких магазинчиков и не далеко до центра с магазинами одежды и большим супермаркетом. Мы очень довольны отдыхом, это было 10 из 10. Спасибо за гостеприимство

  Всё было прекрасно. Можно добавить зеркало в полный рост, но это абсолютно не обязательно. Спасибо 🫶

  Wrócimy tam.

  świetna lokalizacja. Spokojnie, klimatycznie. Obiekt wyposażony we wszystko czego potrzeba. Piękny widok z tarasu na dachu. Duzo miejsca. Idealny dla rodziny oraz dla par.
