Semi confortable some issues to be taken in account
The space and the bathroom
The sofa bed not comfortable, there was no help to get the appliances to work. Even tough we followed the instructions on the QR code the washing machine from the 2nd floor didn’t work and we had to take out the clothes completely soaked from the washing machine. The curtains from the appartement on the 3rd floor allowed to pass all the lights from outside and very uncomfortable to sleep. The elevator very small and not clean.

The perfect way to experience Venice
I prefer staying in apartments as it’s far more flexible than a hotel. It also gives me more of a feeling of living in the area rather than just being a visitor. I also like the convenience of have my poem food and can eat at “home” rather than always at restaurants.

We think our room was given to another couple and the rom we got would have been cheaper. Pictures didn’t match room.

Fantastic property just needs some TLC
Fantastic location on the Grand Canal with easy access to most places in Venice Very comfortable bed good quality bedding Loved having two bathrooms Having the lift is a bonus
Would have been good to have a microwave Some of the furniture needs some attention The white wardrobes and plastic chairs didn’t go with the property but wouldn’t put us off staying there again Squeaky floorboards
