    Location, welcome, comfortable. Value for money.

    Location, all we needed, great welcome from Marco. Fabulous little restaurant right next door and good coffee surrounding.

    Les points positifs : Bien situé a côté de la villa borgese et donc du parking si on vient en voiture a Rome et dans le quartier des ambassades sécurisé. Des journalistes faisaient même des reportages devant l'ambassade américaine. Calme vis a vis de la rue. Climatisation dans l'appartement

    Les points négatifs : Appartement vétuste, peinture défraîchie, simple vitrage, parquet collé sur les murs de la cuisine avec du scotch. Un salon découpé en deux avec d'un côté un lit et d'un autre un canapé lit par des portes coulissantes mais pas jusqu'en haut. Appartement donnant sur une cour intérieure avec des dizaines de climatiseurs et donc le bruit incessant en été. Pour dormir avec ce simple vitrage c'est comme être sur un bateau ou en avion. On entend les chiens des voisins... Impossible pour moi de dormir. Dommage qu'ils n'aient pas fait l'effort de mettre au moins une chambre en double vitrage.
