Great location, comfortable size, just needs a little more care to be a really good stay.
Quiet and close to cafes and restaurants and short walk to the Grand Canal and vaporetto & water taxi stations. Good size bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (one with shower, the 2nd bath with shower rose.
Kettle didn’t work on arrival and despite letting the contact person know it wasn’t replaced by the time we left. No courtesy amenities like coffee pods, tea bags sugar etc. Well picked over selection of pots (most don’t work on the induction cooktop) and quite limited info from host about the apartment facilities.

Really enjoyed our stay in Venice. Brigitte was very helpful.
Fantastic location, the air con was amazing and tastefully decorated.
We had to wait over an hour for the keys, we were tired and there was no where to sit. My friend is elderly so that was a let down.

Absolutely fantastic hidden gem in an unbearable location
The property is a true hidden gem in Venice. The apartment is a 2 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms with toilets and bidets (one with bathtub, the other with shower). It is fully air-conditioned, and has a washing machine (note that it is not a dryer), dish washer, refrigerator, and fully equipped kitchen. Every amenity has been thoughtfully provided. The location is absolutely fantastic, located right in a quieter residential area with restaurants and shops a few steps away. The Bailo supermarket is great and well-stocked. Piazza San Marco is only a few minutes walk away. We stayed here for 3 nights, and will definitely choose to stay here again!
Only one small caveat: the water pressure is a little weak, especially if both bathrooms are being used at the same time.

Beautiful apartment, lovely location
This was an excellent location with a beautiful balcony. It felt comfortable, well outfitted, and authentically Venetian.

Tolle Wohnung im venezianischen Stil
Sehr schön eingerichtete Wohnung , nicht weit vom Markusplatz und der Vaporetto-Station entfernt. Mit Balkon und Klimaanlage in allen Zimmern. Handtücher, Duschgel... vorhanden Auch eine Nespresso-Maschine ist da. Wir haben uns zu viert in der Wohnung sehr wohl gefühlt.
Es war leider kein Geschirrhandtuch vorhanden
