We quite enjoyed our stay in this apartment. We were warmly welcomed on arrival — everything was shown and explained to us, including where to park the car. We especially appreciated the helpful information board with the bus schedule, house rules, routes around Venice, and a list of nearby cafés. The apartment was clean, spacious, and comfortable. However, the Wi-Fi connection was quite weak, and some water leaked from the shower, so we had to wipe it up. The bathrobes were also quite old. There is a coffee machine, but only instant coffee was provided, and although there was tea, there was no kettle. Overall, it was a pleasant stay, and with a few small improvements, it could be even better.

Very nice and attentive to detail host. Spacious apartment. Free parking.

The shower is good, but this come with a small space between it and the sink - need to be thin to fit towards toilet. Some neighbors are a bit shady… Although close to bus station takes a lot of time to get to Venice.
