    Crete and Heraklion were the highlight of our Greece trip.

    Amazing location within walking distance to everything important. Large bedroom with living room (with pull out sofa) and kitchenette. Daily trash removal, water refill and kitchen clean up. Were able to store our luggage in reception area after check-out for the day. Overall, absolutely loved our stay in Heraklion and Crete.

    Everything was perfect.

    Nothing.

    You show this building and take me to other apartment. The smell in the apartment, boring and narrow, unnecessary big gardrobe, unmaintained parts.. How did you rate this room or hotel like apartment with 4 Stars ? I really have difficulty to believe. If I was paying 60 - 80 eu for one night I would maybe not complain that much but if I pay more than 230 eu there is definitely sometging wrong. I am slowly losing my trust to the hotels I am booking via booking as the reality is becoming different that what you see ans think that you have booked.
