Lokalizacja, znakomity kontakt z gospodarzem, czysty apartament, elastyczność w zameldowaniu (mogłam wcześniej - dziękuję!), duże i miękkie ręczniki i pościel.
Prysznic/kabina prysznicowa wymaga zamiany, niektóre sprzęty dawno pora wymienić, dokręcić drzwiczki szafek w kuchni. Mieszkanie czyste, ale sprawia wrażenie zaniedbanego.

La ubicacion a 3 minutos de san marcos y 5 de rialto No se escuchaban ruidos bien aislado Restaurantes al lado y tiendas La anfitriona muy amable incluso nos dio consejos de sitios Atenta en todo momento Que hubiera 1 cama doble y 2 individulaes comodos Baño grande y varias toallas Consejo sacar bono para viajes por dias y recorrer las islas muy comodo

La ubicación es buenísima, muy cerca de Piazza San Marcos y Ponte Rialto. Lucia estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros con muy buenas indicaciones de como llegar y de sitios para comer y comprar, persona muy amable y atenta. Tuvimos algún problema y estuvo muy amable y servicial, una persona muy integra y formal.
Varias cosas a mejorar, que ya hablamos con ella.

Iszonyúan jó helyen van.
A tisztaság nem volt teljeskörű, a falak piszkosak egy kicsit, a zuhanyt is ki kellett takarítani használat előtt, a törölközők nem jó illatúak. A kétágyas szobában pótágy az ehyik, de a másikon is 2 matrac van. Az ágynemű szép tiszta volt. Rgy éjszakára jó, a hely ahol van az ami kiemelkedő.

Un très bon emplacement
L'appartement est très bien situé, dans une ruelle, très proche du Rialto et de la Place Saint Marc. Lucia, la propriétaire est très gentille et très réactive pour toutes les demandes et Mario, qui habite au-dessus, est de bon accueil et très réactif également. L'appartement est équipé d'un air conditionné completé par des ventilateurs dans les chambres. Donc pas de souci de surchauffe !
La décoration est vieillotte, la salle de bain aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement.
