    Perfect location with great hosts

    Great communication, we were met off the boat in the evening and taken to the apartment, the gentleman was very helpful with recommendations for local restaurants etc and information about the property. Great location and everything you need in the apartment, if we even return to Venice we would stay here again.

    Great location in San Marco, with excellent agent service, but a little tardy. Comfortable and clean though.

    Great location, speedy check-in with excellent agent meeting us on site to explain everything and offer local advice.

    Bit tardy overall, needing a good makeover. Very noisy air conditioning. No air con in bedrooms. Bathroom extractor fan not functioning. Light switches feel dodgy. Lack of visual privacy through the window of one bedroom - curtains /blinds insufficiently opaque.

    Interaction with the host super easy,she met us at waterbus stop and walked us to apaetment. Great location everything is walkable.Beds very comfy and the aisco great to have!

    Damaged Clothes, Broken Washing Machine & Uncomfortable Nights

    ⭐ 1/5 — Disappointing experience Unfortunately, our stay was seriously affected by an issue with the washing machine. During a wash cycle, the machine became stuck and our clothes were trapped inside. The accommodation subsequently had to access the machine and manually release the drum to retrieve our belongings. Several items of clothing were damaged in the process, including a dress costing €100, as well as other clothing with visible tearing and damage. We also found a broken metal component tangled amongst our laundry. We followed the instructions provided and have photographic and video evidence documenting what happened. The incident also took up a significant amount of our limited time in Venice, as we had to spend considerable time communicating with the accommodation and trying to resolve the washing machine issue rather than enjoying our holiday. Another issue was the air conditioning. The air conditioning units are located in the living room and hallway rather than the bedrooms, meaning the bedrooms remained very hot, particularly at night. This made it difficult to sleep comfortably. Overall, while the apartment itself may be in a convenient location, the problems with the washing machine, damage to our belongings, loss of holiday time and inadequate cooling in the bedrooms made this a very disappointing stay. Unfortunately, we would not stay here again.
