    Pleasant stay close to the water bus stop

    The location is excellent - right next to the bus stop and it is a 20 min walk to the main square. The rooms are smaller than on the picture but generally very clean and nice facilities.

    Mosquitos can be nasty especially when you open the windows. The view is beautiful but we couldn’t leave the balcony door open for fresh air as there were so many mosquitos that quickly became a problem especially in the night. Otherwise very pleasant experience.

    This is a magical place to stay in Venice.

    Clean, thoughtfully designed with spectacular views from all windows. Location is close to everything but out of the over touristed areas. Hostess arranged to meet us at the water bus and was waiting to escort us to the apartment. Roof deck available to guests.
