I love the location and the door to the water is absolutely amazing. Bed was comfortable, shower was hot - which was super handy with rain in Venice.
The key thing - and it may be to Booking.com and not to the owners - there was a lot of fraud WhatsApp messages about this reservation. Luckily we managed to detect them, but the fact that fraudsters have access to our booking info is very concerning and was spoiling the experience. That and (small detail) - if the apartment is so gorgeous, it would be great to put better tea there - simple fix for such an amazing waterfront.

Wunderbares Venedig Feeling
Wunderbare Einrichtung, die Tür zum Kanal ist der Hit. Für die Biennale perfekte Lage.
Alles war gut, ganz interessant wäre der Hinweis gewesen, dass morgens gegen 8 Uhr 30 die Müllabfuhr anschellt.

excellent stay, would definitely stay again next time!
super clean, stylish, well equipped kitchen, washing machine, warm place to hang clothes, comfortable, quiet location, modern conveniences, nice back door to view the canal, met all my expectations.
for the price, there should have been enough toilet paper to last the entire stay so that we didn't have to go out and buy more.
