Apartamento excelente.
Apartamento grande e com utensílios muito práticos. O melhor que fiquei durante toda minha viagem pela Itália. Um achado, com certeza retornaria. O proprietário Edson também se destacou e foi super prestativo.
Nao é um problema, mas fique atento a localização. O apartamento fica próximo da estação, o que é ideal para chegar de malas. Porém a maioria dos passeios e atrações está próximo a praça San Marcos o que é meia hora andando. Ainda assim me hospedaria lá de novo, pois em veneza é normal andar grandes distâncias à pé.

The apartment was conveniently located near the train station and parking garage and was far enough off the beaten path that made it extremely quiet. The apartment was small but comfortable.

Would stay again - just watch the temps!
Nice place, lots of space and the washing machine was super useful. Good communication from the host, even with a language barrier. Well set-up, with places for your toiletries, etc which makes a difference. The location is amazing - quick walk from the train station and the beauty of Venice is literally at your door-step.
The air con didn't really work - it stayed at between 27-29 degrees celcius which matched the temp outside. Not sure what it would be like at 30+! An extra fan or two could potentially help. There were quite a few ants wandering around too, could do with some ant bait.

Great location near the train station. Spacious and comfortable room.
The location is very convenient, close to the train station. The room is spacious, comfortable, and well maintained. The host explained all the facilities clearly and was very helpful.
