Left after we were told the truth about the place

The place was dirty, andunder renovations which were supose to be finished the month before we got there. Swimming pool under construction with a huge tarpaulin flapping around in the wind. The elevators didn't work, the restaurant was closed and a toddler running around behind the receptionist. When we arrived we found out about all this. Managed to get to our rooms but wasn't happy at all. We did get a refund bug honestly the lady was not very helpful in helping us find other accommodation. Wouldn't recommend them at all.
