    Nicht empfehlenswert trotz schönem Außenbereich

    Schöner Außenbereich mit Terrasse, Garten, Pool, Liegestühlen und Außendusche. Dass Poolpumpen regelmäßig laut brummen gehört aber auch zur Wahrheit dazu.

    Wir hatten für den Preis eine ordentliche Wohnung erwartet. Jedoch war es in der Wohnung merklich zu feucht, stellenweise leichte Schimmelbildung. Gereinigt war die Wohnung nur oberflächlich. In der Duschkabine waren Shampooreste, der duschkopf war sehr unansehnlich. Beigestellte lebensmittel wie Kaffeemaschine und Olivenöl waren nicht hygienisch. Am meisten gestört hat das Boxspringbett mit großen Flecken auf Matratze und topper, ebenfalls waren viele fremde Haare zu finden. Das betttuch war nicht groß genug, so dass man unweigerlich auf dem topper geschlafen hat, sobald das Betttuch leicht verrutscht ist. Bilder dazu erspare ich mir an dieser Stelle. Das Personal vor Ort war grundsätzlich erreichbar, hilfsbereit und bemüht. z. B. wurde der von Anfang an defekte klodeckel nach drei Tagen repariert, beim Bett wurde der topper getauscht durch einen mit weniger Flecken, immerhin, aber im eigentlichen auch keine Verbesserung. Kommunikation war schwierig, weil Personal nur griechischsprachig war, somit englisch kaum möglich. Über booking kann (vermutlich) mit der Verwaltung kommuniziert werden, diese reagiert jedoch nicht bei Problem-Anliegen. Poolbereich hingegen wurde sehr gepflegt (fast täglich um 7 Uhr). Ebenfalls unangenehm war, dass Personal am letzten Tag morgens früh ohne anklopfen in die Wohnung eintrat (Evtl wurde davon ausgegangen, dass wir schon abgereist sind?). Die Angaben auf booking sind im Nachhinein zum Teil widersprüchlich (z. B. Angaben Entfernung zum Strand, zweites Bett ist kein Bett sondern schlafsofa). Überwachungskameras vermutlich für den Parkplatz sind auf den Garten gerichtet, man solle sich laut Personal darüber aber keine Gedanken machen, genaues weiß man nicht.

    Relaxed and chilled

    A lovely villa home from home with everything needed for a great holiday. The pool and area was cleaned every morning by the lady who always had a smile and there to help if needed. Would definitely recommend Venus Villa for a lovely relaxing holiday. The town and beaches are all nearby and easy to walk to.

    Great for a short stay

    Close to facilities, modern interior, parking spot, good outdoor seating, nice pool and loungers.

    As there was someone on site each day would have like to have the toilet wastepaper bin changed whilst there. No tin opener, cups did not have handles so they are too hot to hold!
