  Terrible. Rat in a bathroom.

  The location was the best and the only thing why i chose this one + the washing machine bc it’s good to have.

  The rest of the experience was equally disappointing. Communication with the provider was nearly impossible. Despite multiple attempts to reach them through booking chat, I received no response. When I contacted with booking and ask them to tell my request to the provider but they don’t get any response from them. It seemed as though they didn’t care about the guest after they had paid the fee and arrived at the apartment. I tried to request shower gel, shampoo, and toilet paper from them, but they didn’t respond. As a result, we had to purchase these items ourselves since we had none left. The apartment itself was in a state of disrepair. The furniture they had placed inside appeared to have been found on the side of the road. The kitchen table was infested with bugs throughout our stay. Near the end of our stay, I discovered a rat in the bathroom sink. There were lizards in both the living room and bedroom, and the under-bed area was covered in dust. There was no power outlet in the bedroom. The only source of light was a fan mounted on the ceiling. The Wi-Fi received the highest rating in the reviews, but it failed to work for a minute. I attempted to power it off, but nothing happened. It seems like they don’t pay the bill for the provider. At our final full day, they responded to my request for a booking support representative to contact them. They assumed the problem was with my device and blamed me for not contacting them when we ran out of supplies. One of the most frustrating aspects of the apartment was the inability to close the bathroom door. I was afraid that it would get stuck and prevent me from leaving the bathroom. Overall, this was the worst apartment I have ever rented. If you want to avoid a similar experience, I strongly advise against renting this house.

  vera cruz apartments terrible apartments

  good location close to the beach

  the apartment was dark and bathroom fittings were rusty and shower was a hazard as it flooded the bathroom every time we used it even with towels on the floor the apartment is alongside a very busy main road and a club the music was loud and dreadful starting early evening and continuing until the early hours also no office on site to speak to anyone

  Avoid. Wayy below standard.

  Reaaonable size and location.

  Place is delapid and not maintained. Nearby clubs can be heard through the night. Place is third of the size shown in pictures (ultrawide lens used), dame for the pool. No internet and owners didn't care.
