The host is really helpful and thoughtful, preparing bottled water and taco snacks as small gifts. The apartment has everything you need and you can make your own meals. I managed to make an early check-in and the host helped me with some advice about taxi price ranges and agencies of local tours. The apartment is 15 minutes walking distance from ADO station, where you find colectivos to ruins and elsewhere. A big supermarket is around 15 minutes walk but you can find small convience store just nearby. In case you want to go to the city center without walking, many taxis pass by the area and cost around 40-50 pesos, while shuttle vans cost 10 pesos.
As the apartment is located on the ground floor and faces the road (although not the main one), there's anyway some noises caused by neigoubour's daily activity from 6.30 am till 10pm. Maybe the host can prepare some earplugs. If you arrive by walking from ADO, please notice that there's a long gradual slope where you might find it difficult with heavy suitcases.

el alojamiento todo bien, solo un factor externo, el vecino tenia fiesta y no nos dejo dormir porque la musica a muy alto volumen hasta altas horas de la madrugada.
