    Veoma ljubazan domacin.Apartman je cist i uredan sa svim sadrzajem i predivnim pogledom,parking mjesto.

    Brud…

    Apartament był brudny, na pewno nie był sprzątany. Wyglądało to tak, jakby ktoś wcześniej mieszkał i nagle opuścił mieszkanie. Wysłałem zdjęcia właścicielowi, na co on powiedział, że może przyjść umyć tylko kosz na śmieci ;) Kabina prysznicowa była tak brudna, miała ślady mydła, właściciel uważał, że to twarda woda, mając wodę z dużą ilością kamieni wystarczy sprzątać regularnie, tu nie było bardzo długo. Samo spłukanie wodą prysznica zmyło część brudu. Kamien i brud bez problemu schodził myjąc go gąbką. To miejsce nie nadawało się do przyjęcia gości.

    Ich möchte meinem Gastgeber für das Apartment im Objekt „Verde Belgrad Waterfront" eine äusserst positive Bewertung aussprechen. Der Empfang erfolgte persönlich durch den Gastgeber, der mir alle relevanten Informationen ausführlich erläuterte und die Schlüsselübergabe vornahm. Das Apartment war sauber, ruhig und sehr zentral gelegen, mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf den Fluss. Auch beim Check-out wurde ich persönlich vom Gastgeber verabschiedet und übergab ihm die Schlüssel. Die Kommunikation verlief durchgehend einwandfrei und professionell. Ich kann dieses Apartment sowie diesen Gastgeber wärmstens weiterempfehlen Želela bih da izrazim izuzetno pozitivnu ocenu svom domaćinu za stan u objektu „Verde, BW". Domaćin me je lično dočekao, detaljno mi objasnio sve relevantne informacije i izvršio predaju ključeva. Stan je bio čist, tih i veoma centralno smešten, sa predivnim pogledom na reku. Takođe, prilikom odjave (check-out), domaćin se lično oprostio od mene i predala sam mu ključeve. Komunikacija je bila besprekorna i profesionalna tokom celokupnog boravka. Toplo preporučujem ovaj stan i ovog domaćina.
