    Migliorare la manutenzione delle camere

    Posizione molto comoda per raggiungere tutti i più bei posti di Malta: La Valletta in 10 di traghetti+ 10' a piedi, vicinissimo alle crociere/ tour per Gozo e Comino,vicinissimo a tanti ristoranti e pub,15' a piedi ai centri commerciali . Panorama bellissimo dal balcone della camera. Perfetta insonorizzazione delle camera Staff gentile e colazione ottima.

    Per due giorni ho sofferto il caldo perché l' aria condizionata non funzionava e dopo la terza volta che ho parlato, arrabbiata con lo staff ho ottenuto il terzo giorno il cambio della camera con una lettera di scusa e una bottiglia di vino offerto: avrei preferito un intervento tempestivo e non essere presa in giro..adesso facciamo,adesso controlliamo..... Tornavo in camera e trovavo il telecomando spento e un caldo insopportabile .

    A lovely stay with fantastic staff, great facilities and amazing breakfasts.

    We had such a great stay! The weather was incredibly hot while we were there, so the lovely pool area was perfect for cooling off and relaxing during the day. The breakfast team were amazing and we had a lovely breakfast every morning, while the onsite staff at reception were always so kind, friendly and helpful. There was an issue with the air conditioning during our stay, but the team communicated this to us straight away and acted very quickly to resolve it. Thankfully, it was fixed within the same day, so it didn’t impact our stay.
