    Tolle Wohnung, Service sollte verbessert werden.

    Großzügige Wohnung, tolle Lage, sehr schöne, stylische Einrichtung, tolle Deckenbemalung

    Die Wohnung war grundsätzlich sauber. Das Speiseöl, was zur Verfügung stand, war schimmlig und der Essig war fast leer. Hier wurde offensichtlich schon länger nicht darauf geachtet. Der Wasserbehälter der Kaffeemaschine war verschmutzt, ebenso im Bad der Zahnputzbecher. Erst nach mehrfachem Nachfragen erhielten wir einen Link mit den Schlüssel-Codes, um in die Wohnung hineinzukommen. Es gab keinerlei Angabe, in welchem Stock sich die Wohnung befindet, so dass wir alle Wohnungen mit dem Mobiltelefon testen mussten. Die außergewöhnliche Wohnung liegt sehr zentral im Altstadtbereich, dementsprechend muss man sich an eine große Geräuschkulisse gewöhnen. Insgesamt hatten wir aber eine tolle Woche in Palermo.

    Žavūs apartamentai, stilingai skoningai įrengti - šiuolaikiško dizaino ir istorinio interjero derinys, visai kaip nuotraukose. Pačiame centre, istorinėje Maqueda gatvėje. Šalia kavinės, Lidl parduotuvė, netoli traukinių stotis (apie 7-10 min. pėsčiomis).

    Apartamentų trūkumai - seni dideli langai, tad iki vėlumos girdėti viskas, kas vyksta gatvėje - o gatvėje netyla gyvenimas iki pirmos-antros nakties ir nuo aknstyvo ryto... Elektros instaliacijos - išmuša elektros kamščius, jei mėgini įjungti oro kondicionierių (vos viename kambaryje) kartu su virduliu. Butą aptarnaujanti agentūra išsyk sureagavo (kad, deja, taip yra, jie žino, bet specialistai dar vis nesutaiso elektros instaliacijų). Kad vėl įsijungtų elektra, reikėjo liftu važinėti žemyn (kur elektros jungikliai) ne kartą... Ir dar, virtuvėje gerai būtų turėti ir tosterį. Jei visų šių trūkumų nebeliktų - butas būtų tobulas! Bet šiaip ar taip, gera buvo jame pabūti kelias dienas, dėkojame šeimininkams!
