Nous déconseillons fortement cet établissement. À fuir.
Appartement à fuir. Nous avons été extrêmement déçus par notre séjour. L’appartement est sans climatisation, ce qui le rend particulièrement étouffant, surtout avec la chaleur. Une forte odeur de cigarette était également présente, rendant l’atmosphère très désagréable. La literie est de très, très mauvaise qualité : impossible de dormir correctement. À cela s’ajoute un voisinage bruyant, ce qui a rendu les nuits particulièrement pénibles. À notre arrivée, les femmes de ménage étaient encore dans l’appartement en train de nettoyer. Nous avons dû attendre 40 minutes supplémentaires avant de pouvoir accéder au logement, alors que nous étions pourtant arrivés aux horaires prévus. Plus inquiétant encore, l’une d’elles nous a ensuite contactés pour revenir récupérer des affaires dans l’appartement. Cette situation pose un véritable problème de sécurité et de confidentialité, puisqu’il est particulièrement gênant de savoir que des personnes peuvent entrer ou demander à entrer dans le logement pendant le séjour. Nous déconseillons fortement cet établissement. À fuir.

Mall and fast food restaurants a short walk.
Security night and day. Large patio/terrace on our 2nd floor Views of the ocean.
The address was terrible. It's actually Ocean 3 in a group of high-rise condos west of the Marina Mall. Cab driver and even some security personnel didn't recognize the numbered address.

Enjoyable
The patio was large and had views of the ocean and container dock
Several items were missing from kictchen but were replaced quickly Toaster remained missing. Did not agree with their tax assessment after our stay as we had paid some taxes via booking.com Address is deceiving, It is NOT across from Ric's Cafe. It is in Ocean 2 hi-rise a cluster of hi-rise apartments west of the Marina Mall.

This property has the potential to be much nicer.
Location
Dirty: the towels, the bedsheets, the bathroom, the balcony, and the floor (see pic). Disappointed!
