Overall a good apartment but I think it's too expensive for what you get
The apartment is right in the center of the city, very easy to walk to any attractions, close to all the shops and action. The hosts are very responsive and nice. The apartment is renovated, and the kitchen is well-equipped. Wi-Fi is good and steady. The entrance is from the courtyard. The neighborhood is very quiet.
There was a smell in the apartment, probably coming from the outside, it wasn't very strong but it bothered me. The couch in the living room is uncomfortable. It can be made into a bed, but it's sagging and you can feel the wooden frame in the middle. The TV isn't really located in a good spot and it's small, so we didn't use it. The bed in the bedroom is comfortable, but you sleep with your face to the entrance door, and there's light coming in the morning. If you close the curtain between the rooms, it gets hot because the air-conditioner is in the living room area. The housekeeper should be doing a better job - there was dust on all the surfaces and lampshades. When you book the apartment, they request an advance payment of half the rental fee. You will also have to pay fees and commissions when making the transfer. The cancellation policy is pretty strict, too.
