    Стеля під 4 метри, район, прохолодна просторна квартира в жару навіть без кондиціонера( він є доречи, там їх 2) , балкони , та зручний ліфт який є входом в аппартмент.

    Душевий шланг був старий та зношенний, вода ллється в інший бік , на внутрішньому балконі ( не парадний, їх 2) було б доречно поставити якийсь тент або сітку, для більшої приватності.
