Best hosts, perfect location
The warm welcome we received upon arrival was a breath of fresh air and the perfect introduction to the lovely home of our amazing hosts Renzo and Cinzia. Their home was perfect for us, and we loved everything about it, from the tasteful and modern interior, to the lush and beautifully kept plants in their garden. Highly recommended! We will definitely cone again.

Great apartment, great location, zero privacy.
The flat itself is very nice, very clean, comfortable, and centrally located in Lerici, making it a convenient base for exploring the area and the Cinque Terre. Having a dedicated parking space in the center was an excellent and highly valued feature.
Unfortunately, our stay was significantly impacted by a major lack of privacy. The host and their family were constantly in and out through the outdoor space to do laundry, use the outdoor kitchen and other chores, which felt quite obtrusive when we were trying to relax. Additionally, there was an undisclosed security camera monitoring the entire outdoor space for two nights of our stay, which was removed once we made it obvious we had noticed it. We chose this flat expecting a quiet, private area to unwind, but the constant foot traffic, major lack of privacy and uncomfortable behaviour from the host made the experience incredibly invasive, inappropriate, and ruined any sense of relaxation.

Een stijlvolle, rustige plek, met gastvrije hosts in een levendige omgeving
Op doorreis van Italië naar Frankrijk deze locatie geboekt. We werden hartelijk en gastvrij ontvangen door Renzo met een drankje en een hapje. We werden door hem ook goed geïnformeerd over de mogelijkheden in Lerici en de regio. Het huis staat op een bijzondere plek. Midden in het centrum, tussen wat hogere gebouwen,8 minuten lopen naar het levendig centrum en de zee hebben Renzo en Cinzia een smaakvolle en fijne plek ingericht. Praktische keuken, fijne zit- en eethoek en prima slaapkamers. Badkamer is ruim, schoon en prettig in gebruik. Het huis is goed op temperatuur te houden met airco's (Het was buiten 36 graden). De buitenruimte is voorzien van een fijne loungebank en een klein maar heerlijk zwembad. Wij hebben spijt dat we maar voor 1 nacht hebben gereserveerd maar gaan dit in de toekomst goedmaken met Renzo en Cinzia.

Very nice
Perfekt beliggenhet. Bra fasiliteter. Hyggelige utleiere. Kort vei til strand, restauranter, butikk etc - alt i 5 min gangavstand.
«Bassenget» det er en jacuzzi- ikke et svømmebasseng. Men, det er kun 5 minutter ned til havna og bademuligheter, så null stress:)
