We liked our host Gabriel very much. He provided support and very straightforward communication. The room is comfortable and we were able to sleep well in the very dark room.
The building doorman staff is not well trained. In several occasions we were left outside waiting more than 5 minutes to be allowed in. In one occasion, more than 10 minutes my wife was not allowed in because he couldn’t find her id. I was also confused with ifood delivery guy even though I didn’t introduce myself as one.
