I paid for a nonsmoking room. They told me the rate that the 3rd party paid for was for a smoking room. If I wanted a nonsmoking I would have to pay extra which was ridiculous! What is this, bait and switch scam?? The room was disgustingly rancid with smoke! If they actually gave me the correct room, my review would have been way better!
