Please do yourself a favor go to a real hotel
Only the location… the place was a total disappointment. The building was under renovation. There was jackhammering there was insufficient lighting in the lobby. Shower handle was broken. No hot water ants in the room upon check-in. No one to tell no response from texting with booking.com. Very shameful V home should be taken off of booking.com immediately or a rep should go out there and visit the place. Do not go! Get a real Hotel if your dates are available.
Ants in room upon arrival, no one to tell because of self check-in no response to text on booking.com from “Alessandra”had to wait till next morning when breakfast person Angela came in and took care of the ants, shower handle was broken, no hot water and then the toilet flush button broke as well. Angela had to fix that too. Very disappointing. Stay was my worst ever I had to stay there for two weeks because my room was prepaid and there was no place else to go. I love Sorrento but not VHome. The entire building is covered in scaffolding for renovation. It should not be allowed on the booking.com platform in the condition that the building is in …this is a room in a very old apartment building.

Gostei da localização
Luzes de emergência nos acordando no meio da noite por que havia acabado a energia, quarto muito claro (cortina sem blackout), atendentes com pouca simpatia.

It was a spacious and nice room
It was complicated to find the location. The shower was broken and not great but decent and we were told there was parking but they only have 2 parking spots for everyone which was taken
