    Super expérience à Majorque

    Appartement bien situé juste à côté de la plage. Deux restaurants et une supérette sont accessibles à pied. Fournitures de serviettes de bain et de plage. La climatisation. La piscine. La place de parking privative.

    Certaines prises électriques sont vétustes et les appareils électriques ne tiennent pas très bien ou ne s’alimentent pas correctement.

    Moyen, pas une adresse à retenir

    Appartement fonctionnel Parking sur place Petite piscine agréable dans le bâtiment

    L'appartement est assez loin du port de Pollença (environ 30' à pied, balade agréable) La plage en face n'a pas grand intérêt (plage pour chiens), et celle juste à côté non plus. La baie est assez venteuse, donc la mer n'est jamais vraiment très belle dans le coin (agitée, vagues) Aucun contact avec les propriétaires, on récupère la clé dans une boîte, tout se passe via des messages assez laconiques sur la plateforme. Notre séjour était globalement agréable, et l'appartement est correct. Mais si vous cherchez un logement avec un minimum de charme (et non du 100% Ikea, totalement aseptisé) et un minimum d'accueil, passez votre chemin. On sent la location purement orientée "rentabilité"

    Great location, slightly out of town but a lovely flat walk in. Has everything you need to enjoy your time in Mallorca.

    Loved the air conditioning, comfortable beds, and overall well presented apartment.

    Not ideal if you have mobility issues as it’s on the second floor.
