    Se reporter a l'avis négatif

    Nous devions décoller de Catane pour Paris le 13/08, aéroport fermé a cause de l'éruption de l'Etna. Transport en taxi jusqu'à l'aéroport de Palerme, pour espérer un vol retour. N'ayant pas de vol, nous avons chercher sur booking un hébergement en urgence disponible et proche de l'aéroport. Nous avons trouvé cette annonce... après la réservation et le paiement, attendre 1h pour avoir le code pour entrer... et .... apprendre que l'appartement est en rénovation depuis le mois de mai ou fermé... On se retrouve sans logement à 20h avec nos valises, sans aucune solutions, sans voiture, les hôtels ou bnb sold out aux alentours Aucune photos prises car logement fermé, des échanges whatsapp avec l'hôte interminables, et semble peu concerné par notre sort alors que nous étions en bas de son "appartement" disponible sur BOOKING.COM La faute à qui ? L'hôte ou booking.com ?

    La incomodidad de la casa al tener que subir escaleras para pasar de la cocina-comedor al dormitorio.
