    Viel zu teuer und nicht den bisherigen Bewertungen entsprechend

    Vorabinformation über die Bargeldzahlung des Zimmers.

    Die Zimmerschloss war beschädigt aber noch funktionstüchtig. Warum der Betreiber dieses Zimmer dennoch vermittelt ist mir unklar. Ich konnte die ganze Nacht nicht schlafen und wurde wach bei jedem Geräusch, da ich ein ungutes Gefühl hatte. Auch die Sauberkeit, die hier so hoch bewertet wurde ist nicht zutreffend, z.B. Haare im Bett.

    El trato del personal y que encontraron en una de las habitaciones un objeto y se pusieron en contacto con nosotros al momento. El objeto no era nuestro pero aún así lo va ha guardar por si otro cliente lo solicita.

    No tengo nada negativo que decir del hotel.
