    Great location, right in the city center. Very lively atmosphere and many activities. The staff is very helpful and friendly. My room was nice, rather spacious. Overall good value for money

    The wifi was not very stable in the room but that's a minor issue really. Nothing to complain about

    Viajero is always a safe choice. The building was very stylish with spacious rooms. The staff was super friendly and helping and there were always fun activities to do. The bar and the restaurant were also great options for nights when you dont what to go out.

    The only small problem was that it was hard to order an uber there because the streets around it are often closed for activities of the municipality or there is just too much traffic.

    A pleasant place to stay in the heart of Quito's Old Town.

    A beautiful property, with a delightful interior garden off the bar/restaurant that was a wonderful space for a relaxing evening nightcap after a day spent exploring Quito. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean, with a beautiful, spacious shower and view of the garden. The location was ideal - just a short distance to amazing food, great views, museums, the metro, and in heart of the historic district. We booked a room that overlooked the garden, but be forewarned that the music is pumping well past midnight on the weekends, which thankfully wasn't much of an issue thanks to the earplugs provided in advance by the hostel.

    The people who manned the front desk (in the morning) were hit and miss, and not terribly helpful when we asked for information about getting around Quito, seeming more upset that we had interrupted their phone call or music video than interested in supporting a traveling guest. That said, the person that checked us in was consistently helpful and cheerful every time we saw him.
